Environmental Engineer – Remote (Germany)
Full-time or Contract-to-Hire

What you’ll do

• Own USACE 404/401, FEMA floodplain (LOMR/LOMA),
  NPDES/SWPPP, cultural/SHPO, T&E species, and
  DOT access/encroachment across sites.
• Build the permit register, manage consultants, compress review timelines,
  and keep grading/energization on track.
• Coordinate with Site Development, Civil Lead, and Owner’s Engineer.

What you’ve done

• 8–15+ yrs multi-state environmental permitting for utility or large industrial.
• Proven wins fast-tracking critical path permits and negotiating conditions.

Near-term outcomes (30 days)

• Permit strategy + R/Y/G critical path issued for Wave-1.
• SWPPP & NOI package ready for first site.

Compensation

• Meaningful equity + salary to be discussed (or competitive contractor rate)
  with milestone bonuses aligned to project phases.
• Remote with possible site travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24,000 – $170,000 per year
